Accreditation

The Scientific Programme of the 26th Annual Meeting of the Swiss Stroke Society is accredited with 8 credits by the Swiss Neurological Society, 8 credits by the Swiss Society of Neurosurgery and with 5 credits by the Swiss Society of Radiology.

Furthermore, the 26th Annual Meeting has been endorsed by the European Stroke Organisation.

 

Congress Venue

The 26th Annual Meeting, the 13th Swiss Stroke Trialists’ Meeting & 6th Interprofessional Stroke Symposium for Nursing and Therapy will take place at the Auditorium of the Luzerner Kantonsspital, Spitalstrasse, 6000 Luzern.

 

Industrial exhibition

The industrial exhibition is located in immediate vicinity to congress activities such as lecture hall and catering area. Companies are given ample opportunity to display their latest products, services and technical innovations. Please contact info[at]neurovasc.ch for further information.

 

Insurance

The congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

 

Language

The congress language is English. Presentations and posters have to be done in English. Simultaneous translation will only be provided at the 6th Interprofessional Stroke Symposium for Nursing and Therapy.

Swiss Stroke Society Dinner

The 26th Annual Meeting of the Swiss Stroke Society is delighted to invite you to the official Swiss Stroke Society Dinner on Thursday, 25 January 2024. The dinner will take place at the KKL (Europaplatz 1, 6003 Luzern).

Join this exciting evening and use the opportunity to network with friends and colleagues. Participation in the Swiss Stroke Society Dinner requires registration (Regular delegates CHF 90.00). There are only a limited number of tickets available.

 

Transport in Lucerne

The Cantonal Hospital is easily accessible by tram. From the train station Lucerne you may take tram line 19, direction "Friedental" and exit at the stop "Kantonsspital".
