Online Registration

In order to register to the congress, please log in with your email address and your password if you already have created a profile in the last years. If you do not have a registration profile, you can create a new one. Please click here. After a successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depends on your payment) will be send immediately to your email address.

Swiss Stroke Society Dinner

The Swiss Stroke Society Dinner, taking place on 28 January 2027, can be booked online in addition to the registration fees.

Payment Methods

You can either pay by bank transfer or credit card. All fees for are to be paid in CHF in advance to the Congress Secretariat of the Annual Meeting of the Swiss Stroke Society, clearly stating the participant’s name and address (when paying by bank transfer).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to info[at]neurovasc.ch

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Participants have the right to cancel the registration within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, i.e. from the receipt of our registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal. 
• For any name changes, a fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged

Please note that the cancellation policy is deemed as accepted as soon as the registration has been completed.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
